Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.



Introduction to benefits by Bighito membership level.

We offer special benefits to all members of Big Hito.
After signing up as a member, reserves and coupons are provided depending on the usage performance, and the benefits provided by member grade are as follows.

Regular membership coupon 2,000 won.
BRONZE   - Actual payment of 500,000 won or more - 1% accumulated purchase amount
SILVER      - Actual payment amount of 1.5 million won or more - 1% accumulation + 1% additional accumulation
GOLD        - Actual payment amount of 3 million won or more - 1% off + 2% off purchase amount
VIP             - Over 5 million won in actual payment. - 1% off + 3% off purchase.

All benefits apply to purchases over 10,000 won.
The calculation of the membership grade will be recalculated on January and July 1.

Please note
- Calculate the membership level according to the purchase amount (payment amount excluding shipping costs, reserves, coupons, etc.) over the past six months.
-Calculate new membership ratings and provide benefits for each grade for 5 days in units of 6 months from the opening date of Bighito on November 5, 2021.
- Based on delivery completion, reserves for each grade will be paid 15 days later.
- Coupons for each grade are issued once a month and can be used for 30 days from the date of issuance (automatically extinguished on the 5th of every month if not used).
-Only available in Bighito online store
- Coupons used for cancellation of orders or exchange/refund of products due to a simple change of mind cannot be reused after purchasing a product.
- Free shipping coupons can only be used for domestic delivery (not available for overseas delivery)

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

    Customs and Duties

    - International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once
    the shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be
    fulfilled by the recipient.

    -BigHito &STROE has no control over customs charges. Customs policies vary widely by country.
    Please contact your local customs office for more information.

    Orders that are returned due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs duties will not be shipped again.
    All charges that occur during the process are the customer’s responsibility.

[Note Before Exchange/Return]

・The color of the actual product may vary from image depending on your monitor’s
resolution settings. The color and placement of the product label may also vary from image.

- To request an exchange or refund for missing or defective products, video evidence of the package unboxing showing all inclusion is required. Exchange and refund requests may be denied without the video.
- If you request an exchange for items shipped at random, the replacement product will also be selected at random.
- Nicks under 5 mm and scratches/dents that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- For printed/paper/portrait merch, defects on the back or background (not on the face) and scratches, dents, or nicks that may form during manufacture are not grounds for exchange or return.
- Only defects that are visible in the absence of light reflection are eligible for exchange/refund.
- PVC material is sensitive to heat and humidity. Product may distort in shape or stick to other PVC materials. This is not grounds for exchange or return.


・Order Cancellation

- You can only cancel orders that are in [Payment Confirmed] or [Pending Shipment] status.

- Please contact our CS center via bighitostore@gmail.com in order to request for cancellation.

・Exchanges and Returns

We unfortunately do not accept exchanges and returns due to change of mind.

2. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items
If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, attach photo evidence (photos of the
whole item as well as damaged part) and submit a Private Inquiry or email us at
bighito@naver.com within 7 days of delivery.

- Simple change of mind
- Wrong, damaged, or defective items that show signs of post-delivery usage or mishandling
- Made-to-order items, promotional items, and music albums for which a No Return/Exchange

- Differences in color due to the customer’s monitor resolution and/or photo shoot settings
- Product prints/patterns that differ from product image
- Return packages that do not include the promotional gifts in initial shipment

- Included gift(s) must be returned along with the purchased item(s).
- Exchange/Return policies may vary by item. Please refer to the product pages for details.


[How to Return Items]

If you wish to return/exchange your item, please submit a Private Inquiry or email us at
bighitostore@gmail.com first. You can refer to the return process below.




1. Within 7 days of delivery, attach photo evidence of your defective product
(containing both the whole item as well as damaged part) and include your order number,
product number of wrong/defective item, and reasons for return in your
Private Inquiry or email to bighitostore@gmail.com

2. We will contact you once we process your return request.

3. Please include your order number, name, and ID on a slip of paper in your return package.

* Items returned without prior request and confirmation are not eligible for refund.
* Return Shipping Fees
- Refunds/exchanges are not offered for change of mind.
- For wrong or defective items, the store is responsible for return shipping fees.
* Cash on delivery is not available for EMS shipments. If you send us a copy of your return
shipment receipt, we will refund the shipping fee after confirmation.

・Exchange/Return Shipping Fees

- Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted.
- Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items: The store is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds

Refund information.


In case of refund, we will refund the payment amount within 7 business days after checking whether the return is confirmed.
If you pay with a credit card, the credit card approval will be canceled and the payment will not be charged. (Partial cancellation is possible)

(If the payment can be made according to the credit card payment date, the credit card company will refund the payment for the following month's credit card payment.)

If you pay by real-time account transfer, we will cancel your real-time account transfer.

However, in case of partial refund, the account transfer cannot be partially canceled, so we will cancel the entire order after re-payment.

Mobile phone payment will be canceled when paying for mobile phones. (You can cancel only in the month of payment, and 4% fee will be charged if you cancel the month after payment.)

In the case of deposit without a bankbook, please leave your account number and we will deposit it.

All refunds can be saved as reserves, but reserves cannot be refunded in cash.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
